تلوين الشفاه: اختيار اللون والتعافي والتوقعات الواقعية

الهدف ليس مظهر أحمر الشفاه بل الانطباع بأن الشفاه هكذا بطبيعتها.

Lip blush is a permanent treatment that defines the lip contour and evens out the tone. The best result is the one nobody notices.

How the colour is chosen

We look at three things: your lip's natural tone, your skin undertone, and how the pigment will shift as it heals. The chosen colour heals lighter than it looks on the day, so we work one shade deeper than the target.

Where the lip border is darker, a warm-toned pigment is used to neutralise the purplish cast. Skip that step and the result can turn grey.

Beforehand

Keep the lips moisturised for a week; pigment doesn't sit evenly on dry, cracked skin. If you have a history of cold sores, tell us — the treatment can trigger an outbreak, and preventive medication from your doctor is needed. Limit coffee and alcohol for 24 hours.

Healing

*Days 1-3:* the lip is swollen and the colour very dark. Normal. *Days 4-6:* dryness and flaking. Don't peel or pick; moisturise. *Weeks 2-4:* the colour lightens by 30-40% and settles into its true tone. *Weeks 4-6:* the touch-up session completes any gaps.

How long does it last?

Two to three years on average, varying with skin type, sun exposure and metabolism. The lip is one of the fastest-renewing areas of the body, so it fades sooner than a brow.

Realistic expectations

Lip blush is not filler. It adds no volume. Because the contour is defined, the lip *looks* a little fuller, but there is no physical increase. If you want volume, the person to talk to is a physician.

The design and colour are confirmed with your approval before any work begins.
