There are a lot of exaggerated promises in this area. At the first consultation we do the opposite: we set out plainly what is possible and what isn't.
What it does
Device-assisted treatments speed up circulation and lymphatic flow in the target area, support the release of fluid retention and make the skin surface look smoother. Most guests see a measurement difference within the first three sessions — a significant part of that is fluid.
What it doesn't do
It doesn't make you lose weight. It doesn't permanently destroy fat tissue. It doesn't preserve the result if nutrition and movement stay unchanged. We say this at the first appointment because we don't want disappointment later.
How the plan is built
The target area is defined and starting measurements taken (tape and photographs, kept only in your file). A typical programme is two sessions a week, eight to twelve in total. Measurements are repeated every four sessions; if there's no progress we change the programme or advise you to stop.
Sustainability
After the programme, a maintenance session once a month helps hold the result. But what really decides it is what happens between sessions: water, movement and sleep. Without those three, twelve sessions are no more effective than eight.
Who it isn't suitable for
Pregnancy, breastfeeding, active infection, a pacemaker, an open wound in the area or recent surgery. With a chronic condition we ask for medical clearance.
Cellulite is a separate matter
Cellulite relates to connective tissue structure rather than the amount of fat — slim people have it too. Cellulite care improves the appearance by supporting circulation, but don't believe anyone who says they can eliminate it.
Realistic expectations are the biggest predictor of satisfaction. That is exactly what the first consultation is for.
